STOP EVERYTHING!Run into your kitchen and put off the shelves some Nutella,Oreos and whipping cream(because i know you have this stuff hide somewhere in your house,don’t lie to me!! :P),it’s time to make THE-MOST-DELISH-OREO-DESSERT-EVER!It’s so easy it’s child’s play!These pics do not do justice but I can assure it tastes like heaven!Ready??Follow the recipe below!

Homemade Carrot Cupcakes

Yummy yummy!This afternoon I desired something sweet,so I decided to prepare some healthy carrot cupcakes!I modified a little bit the recipe,adding some almonds(or nuts if you like them more) to make my cupcakes more tasty 😀
Here the ingredients for 10/12 cupcakes:
150gr sugar
175ml sunflower oil
150gr flour
3 eggs
300gr carrots
50gr almonds
1 sachet of vanilla-flavoured baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon 

Mix the sugar with sunflower oil;then add the eggs and produce a homogeneous mixture.Add a little at a time flour,baking powder,salt and cinnamon.Aside grate the carrots and the almonds;then add to the mixture.
Preheat the oven at 180°,put the mixture in the stamps and make them bake for 30′.
I’ve put on the top a frosting made with albumen and icing sugar.

Gnam gnam!Oggi pomeriggio avevo voglia di qualcosa di dolce,così ho deciso di preparare dei buoni cupcakes alle carote! Ho modificato un po’ la ricetta,aggiungendo delle mandorle(potete aggiungere anche le noci,se vi piacciono di più) per rendere i miei cupcakes più gustosi 😀
Ecco gli ingredienti per 10/12 cupcakes:
150gr zucchero
175ml olio di semi di girasole
150gr farina
3 uova
300gr carote
50gr mandorle
1 bustina di lievito vanigliato in polvere
1 pizzico di sale
1 cucchiaino di cannella

Mischiate lo zucchero con l’olio di semi;dopo aggiungete le uova e create un composto omogeneo.Aggiungete un po’ alla volta la farina,il lievito,la cannella e il sale.A parte grattugiate le carote e le mandorle e poi aggiungetele al composto.
Preriscaldate il forno a 180°,mettete il composto negli stampini e cuocete per 30′.
Per decorazione ho fatto una glassa con albume d’uovo e zucchero a velo.
